Rick - OK I'll admit it, the application is killer. :)
Having used many video analysis systems (V1, CSwing, GASP, and other online versions) you're application does a great job. Easy to use, fast loading (for me anyway) and just enough features to keep it simple.
The site update is a nice improvement as well.

Rick it is simple...you pull it hard over the top at the transition. If you want to make some immediate improvement fix that first. I have a good drill that helps on my blog http://thebestgolfchannel.wordpress.com/2010/04/18/the-right-arm-hammer-drill/

Ha I've probably played 3 times since that day (over 2 years ago) 2 Toddlers and a website.. golf doesn't have a chance.
