Ben Crane in the "Halfway back" position.  Once the club is parallel to the ground on the backswing .. you are at the "Halway Back" position. Ben is perfect here. Note: The toe of the club is pointing up. The butt of the club is pointing down the toe line.

The Vs in your grip should point to your right shoulder when you are in the address position.

 Note how the clubhead path on the downswing is inside the path of the backswing. The clubhead path on the downswing is steeper as well.
