I've noticed I am really bad at staying behind the ball.
I also did not have any spine tilt away from the ball at address.

I was reading about staying behind the ball ...

He needs to gain some weight.
Equipment, Setup, Finish, Balance, and Relax. All equal in importance and all dependent on each other. They are the cornerstones of a good golf swing.
